One delivery attempt. Your delivery fee covers a single delivery attempt, so please double-check the address before you order. If the address is incorrect and we can't complete the delivery, a redelivery fee will apply — or you're welcome to pick up the arrangement at the shop.

Phone numbers required. We need a contact number for both you and the recipient. If we can't find the address, hit a closed gate, or anything else comes up, we need to reach someone — without a working number, we can't complete the delivery.

Delivery times aren't guaranteed. Most of our deliveries go out after 12pm so we can fit in same-day orders and plan efficient routes. If you need flowers by a specific time, call us at (503) 829-4747 and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Not home? We'll leave the flowers in a safe spot close to the front door. If there's a closed gate we can't get through, we'll leave them at the gate and let the recipient know.
